Brian Samelson - CEO & President

Since his first TRS-80 in the early 80's, Brian has been a software developer, in practice and at heart. A leading proponent of the "SaaS" movement for B2B software, Brian brings his broad experience to all aspects of leadership and vision at eMaint. A lifelong resident of the Philly/South Jersey area, he holds BA in economics, and splits his time between NJ and Fla. An avid fan of sports, music, and movies, Brian can often be found rooting on the Phillies, Eagles and Flyers, attending concerts, or dropping random quotes from his favorite movies to illustrate a point. Brian is married to his wonderful wife, Heather and has two incredible children, Becca and Kyle, his greatest achievements.

Hannelore Fineman - Executive Vice President, Partner

Hannelore is a founding partner and member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for national account management, sales and professional services. Outside of work, she devotes her time and energy to her family, including volunteering and raising funds for her daughter's school. A foodie at heart, she is passionate about healthy living and organic, locally grown, healthy food, much to the amusement and good-natured ribbing of the rest of the eMaint team.

Jon Hollander - Executive Vice President of Operations

In Jon's position, he is providing operational leadership and driving transformational change at eMaint, with a goal of positioning the firm for future growth. He is charged with driving the development of the company's strategic vision, institutionalizing processes, and aligning them with business goals to drive financial performance.

Jon has a long record of leading organizations and leveraging technology to achieve business objectives - spanning almost 20 years in both the private and public sector. Prior to eMaint, Jon held leadership positions at Medco Health Solutions and Harte-Hanks. He holds a bachelors degree in computer science from Rutgers University. Jon is a sports fan and roots for all Philly teams; a classic rock devotee; and a car enthusiast - owning over 60 in his lifetime. He is married and has two young daughters.

Claire Cox - Sr. Manager EMEA Operations

Claire is responsible for leadership of eMaint's EMEA business based out of the EMEA office in Dublin, Ireland. She is very customer focused and passionate about technology, dedicated to driving business growth for eMaint within the EMEA region. Claire has a strong record in account management, operations and client implementation with 10 years experience in sales and client relationship management. Claire holds an undergraduate degree in business from University College Dublin and a masters degree in marketing from Dublin City University. In her spare time Claire enjoys movies, cookery and spending time with her family.

Gene Pargas - Vice President Strategic Accounts

Bring It! An entrepreneur and productivity expert, Gene has a passion for helping people and organizations to become more effective. He helps businesses identify their CMMS requirements and plan for successful implementations. He is the steam in the engine for growing profitable new business while maintaining key relationships. A little bit of Gene goes a long way. When not at work, he spends his time with his family or reading history.

David Vaughan - Senior Developer

Senior developer and founding partner who has been with eMaint longer than anyone except the big guy. Helped move our CMMS software from DOS, to Windows and finally to the current X3 Online. Pioneered the concept of telecommuting even before the term and high speed internet existed. Back-to-back champion of the company fantasy football league. Enjoys annual trips to Florida for baseball's spring training.

Sergio Plaut - Sales Account Executive: Latin America

Sergio graduated as a mechanical engineer at Escola de Engenharia Maua, Brazil. He then worked with a multinational corporations company in sales, marketing and engineering for over 25 years. Sergio has experience working in all countries in the Americas and the Caribbean with fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English. In his free time you can find Sergio jogging, at the movies or riding his motorcycle. He loves good food and traveling and being with his family too!

Alex Allen - Director of Professional Services

Heads up the award-winning "Service on 11" Support team. Lord and master of all things X3. Editor-in-Chief of eMaint University. Hosts monthly workshops (to record-setting attendance often rivaling that of a rock concert). Fanatical about customer support, cars and the Pittsburgh Penguins (two out of 3 ain't bad).

Tim Wilson - Senior eLearning Manager

Tim is the Senior Manager of eLearning and oversees the continued evolution of eMaint University. He comes to eMaint from a Fortune 500 company with over 10 years experience in customer training, eLearning, and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Tim is married with 2 children (10-year-old son Connor and 6-year-old daughter Grace). In his "downtime" Tim enjoys coaching youth sports, spending time with his family and never ending DIY projects. Tim doesn't have to try very hard to be awesome, he just is.

Jeff Werth - Sr. Account Manager

Jeff returns to eMaint with over 25 years of customer facing experience ranging from project management and account management to sales. He was an early contributor to eMaint's flagship product X3 and has always been credited with a great understanding of the products and services he is responsible for.

Jeff is a strong believer in the philosophies behind "Good to Great" and "Raving Fans", bringing a great passion for customer success. Jeff's A-type personality will provide many opportunities for co-workers to have fun at his expense, but he doesn't take it personally (most of the time). Jeff and his wife Rebecca have three daughters - Victoria, Julia and Emily. In his free time Jeff enjoys golf, poker and he is a Fantasy Football fanatic.

Bill Green - Sr. Account Manager

Bill assists customers with any and all questions they may have. He also makes configurations to the software, tests new product releases and helps the sales team with product related demos. Bill enjoys traveling (he's been to over 20 countries), trying new foods and meeting new people. Bill is part of a huge family and coaches soccer. He can be seen at concerts and Philly sports games - he's a big Phillies fan!

Greg Perry - CMMS Implementation Specialist

Greg comes to eMaint with over 12 years experience providing leadership in Maintenance and Operational "Best Practices". As a seasoned professional, Greg is dedicated towards establishing positive relationships while bringing to the table a broad base of experiences in maintenance and operations. Before Greg became an expert in maintenance software, he spent several years in a Florida based rock band living in a van eating bologna-on-hand (because he couldn't afford the dough). His tastes (and priorities) have since changed and he now enjoys spending time with his family, southern cooking, fishing and most of all sweet tea. Greg is happily married with 6 wonderful children; 3 of which are 4-legged.

Nirav Choksi - Implementation Specialist

Nirav graduated from the University of Maryland and joins the eMaint team with over 12 years of software Implementation experience. He sharpened his skills working with an entrepreneur at a start up and is passionate to carry them forward. He assists customers with any questions they may have, configures software, and trains new clients down the road to success. When not responding to clients he likes to read science fiction and listen to the musical power trio RUSH. He enjoys watching the Flyers play, and hanging out with friends. Nirav loves exotic birds and is currently raising a 1 year old albino cockatiel (A toddler with wings).

Roy Rothwell - CMMS Implementation Specialist

Roy has a keen interest in the implementation of solutions that help maximize the return on the clients physical infrastructure investment. He brings over 20 years' experience of asset care software projects across the facilities and manufacturing spectrum.

Roy enjoys spending quality time with his wife Sheila and their two girls Emily and Amy. He is a fan of the Kilkenny hurling team and enjoys golf and DIY projects. Roy is secretary for an annual vintage and classic vehicle show that makes significant contributions to charity and good causes.

Amanda Hosseini - Account Manager

Amanda graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelors degree in Business Management and has over 10 years of customer service experience. She spent time in Vermont pursuing her college career, as well as in Colorado where she worked at Winter Park Ski Resort. She grew up in Maryland, and is a Redskins fan, but loves sports in general. She is now living in South Jersey, and although she loved living in various places, now plans to keep the traveling limited for a while.

Joe Masters - Account Manager

Joe discovered eMaint after Graduating from Drexel University with majors in Entrepreneurship and Legal Studies. He was delighted to join a growing team of passionate, like-minded people with entrepreneurial spirit! Outside of work Joe participates with the Special Olympics where he serves as a swimming coach and mentor. In his spare time Joe enjoys surfing, reading and outdoor activities. People have made speculations that Joe owns a pair of jean shorts, Joe has neither confirmed nor denied these allegations.

Frank Soto - Account Manager

As a recent graduate of Rowan University in the field of mathematics, Frank looks to bring his problem solving and reasoning skills to eMaint. Before eMaint, Frank worked for Apple helping the South Jersey stores transform from a niche computer company to the consumer electronics powerhouse we know today. Frank enjoys watching Oscar-winning films and sports. He roots for the New York Giants since they play in New Jersey.

Michelle Sye - Customer Service Specialist/Event Coordinator

Michelle held a previous position with eMaint and is excited to return as a Customer Service Specialist/Event Coordinator. A California native, she moved to New Jersey in 1992 after marrying her husband of 21 years. (People do strange things for love) A former flight attendant turned sales professional, she is emphatic about customer satisfaction and thrives on customer retention. Not surprisingly, Michelle left her Los Angeles Dodgers behind and quickly became a Phillies fan during the tumultuous, yet entertaining, 1993 World Series. After hours you'll find her watching her college-age son play guitar or her high school-age son improve his running times. And Cooper, the family pup, tags along whenever possible.

Rona Palmer - Marketing Director

Works on all things marketing from web site content and email campaigns to webinars, search engine optimization, and customer success stories. Admits to being both a numbers geek as well as a teller of stories. Enjoys listening to customers talk about their creative uses for the eMaint system and then sharing their stories. Week-end hobbies include biking, baseball, singing and experimental cooking. Family members are the unsuspecting recipients of her cooking experiments which range from the delectable to the inedible.

Valerie Samansky - Sr. Marketing Communications Manager

As the youngest of nine children, a southern New Jersey native and a beach girl at heart, Val has spent the last 15 years in the software industry marketing for various companies throughout the NJ, PA and NY area. Outside of the office, her world revolves around her "boys club" at home, comprised of two sweet, funny little boys, an old, grouchy, but lovable four-legged boy and a big boy/husband transplant from Long Island who has vowed to stay a die hard Giants fan despite now living in Eagles Country.

After recently graduating from Rider University with a degree in English, Dana joins the eMaint team as an Online Marketing Manager. With experience in SEO and web writing, she provides creative marketing content for eMaint's online outlets. In her free time, Dana enjoys reading, being outdoors, and listening to Eminem.

Adan Renaud - Web and Graphic Designer

Adan graduated from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a Bachelors degree in Visual Communications. Adan helps with SEO, web and graphic design. Born in the back seat of a 1987 Nissan Sentra, he's always been interested in random activities ranging from Judo to Unicycling. Adan is also a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Sixers.

Sharon Merkhofer - Senior Graphic Designer

Sharon graduated from Kutztown University with a degree in Communication Design. With over 7 years of design and advertising experience, she joins eMaint as a Senior Graphic Designer. Since Sharon does have an identical twin sister, we are on the lookout for any distinguishing qualities or characteristics to prevent us from getting fooled one day! In her spare time, Sharon enjoys hanging out with her two dogs and playing Candy Crush (she has admitted she is an addict).

Michael Abbamondi - Sales Director

In his role as Director of Inside Sales Mike is charged with driving eMaint's consultative sales approach. Mike is an accomplished leader with over 20 years in both sales and operations improvement. His experience as an Industrial Engineer for companies such as The Franklin Mint and QVC give him an insight into operational issues that few others have. Mike has held sales leadership positions at General Electric and holds degrees in Industrial Engineering and Operations Management from Drexel University. In his off time, Mike enjoys watching movies and spending time with his wife and three children.

Angela graduated from the University of Delaware and also spent a year in Spain, teaching English. As a part of the sales team, Angela is the first person to connect with customers to help them identify their needs, so that they can get started on eMaint's CMMS path to happiness. Cory Nilsen - Sales Development Associate

Cory comes to eMaint after spending five years working for Apple. He led the Specialist, Genius and Creative teams to develop and define exceptional customer experiences. During his time at Apple, Cory also witnessed the transformation of modern America into mobile computing and took part in the launches of both the iPhone and iPad. Cory is a South Jersey native and graduated from Rutgers University with honors. He enjoys exercising, learning new things (regardless of content) and adventuring.

Having survived being kidnapped from the side of the road by the eMaint's executive team, Steve specializes in providing fanatical customer support, testing software, providing training and is our resident custom configuration guru. When not super-glued to his phone, Steve studies martial arts, spends time defending the virtue of Bruce Lee and building his own time traveling tardis.

Weslley Cavalcante - Training Specialist

Weslley graduated as an Agricultural Engineer at Universidade Federal do Ceara in Brazil. Along with English, he also speaks Spanish and Portuguese. Weslley brought his friendly personality and language skills to eMaint to provide great service to our customers. In his spare time he likes to do a lot of weird stuff. Weslley likes to write music, play guitar, raise his bees, shoot videos and post them on YouTube. This may not sound so weird, but that is just because you haven't seen his videos yet.

Vicky Leao - Customer Support

Vicky earned her BA in Communications/Advertising at Universidade Federal do Espirito Santo, in Brazil. She is fluent in English and Portuguese and speaks some Spanish and French. (So if you ever hear something that you don't quite understand, please pardon her French.) Vicky has a passion for helping customers achieve their goals and is proud to be a member of the eMaint team. In her spare time she likes to live a happy & healthy lifestyle, which includes being physically active and enjoying the company of her 17 year-old daughter, Liana, before she leaves the nest.

William Walters - Customer Support

Currently a student at Florida Gulf Coast University, William is working towards a degree in Computer Information Systems. He joins eMaint utilizing his skills in technology as he has been building and fixing computers for the past 10 years. Although he has lived in Florida his entire life, William is a huge Buffalo Bills and Pittsburgh Penguins fan. He also enjoys playing basketball, video games and bowling.

Chad Burns - Customer Support

Chad is a member of the eMaint support team and works out of the Florida office. Chad comes to eMaint after owning his own IT Consulting business. He has a degree in Technical Systems Management from DeVry University and a Black Belt in Martial Arts! In his free time, Chad spends time with his wife and three kids and enjoys going to the beach. Music is also a huge part of his life and he has been playing the guitar and piano for over 20 years.

Kyle graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. He also played lacrosse for Florida Gulf Coast University, but as a native to Maryland, Kyle remains a loyal fan of the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens. During his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, playing video games and going out with friends.

Kirstin Lynch - Customer Support

An Ireland native, who is fluent in German and English, Kirstin holds a BSc in Science from NUI Maynooth. With a diverse range of skills and passion for customer service, she is the perfect addition to eMaint's support team. When Kirstin is not studying or working, she enjoys photography, technology and spending time with family and friends.

Kerry Corsello - Director of Finance

Kerry has experience in all aspects of accounting and has worked as a private and public Accounting Controller and Manager for several years. Previously Kerry took time off from the workforce to raise her 3 boys and then put herself back through school earning her BS in Accounting at Rutgers. In her free time Kerry loves to watch her kids play baseball and enjoys camping, the beach and hanging out by her pool...oh, and of course happy hour too!

Donnielle Panchamsingh - Office Manager

Donnielle comes to eMaint with a variety of skill sets including telecommunications, customer service, bridal consulting (talk about being able to handle stress) and even professional gift wrapping - she once wrapped a wedding gift for a guest of Prince Albert of Monaco's wedding! Donnielle was born in Trinidad & Tobago and is excited to bring new things to the eMaint team. In her free time Donnielle enjoys salsa dancing, getting new tattoos and watching Extreme Cougar Wives.

Before joining the eMaint team Dave was self-employed doing small maintenance and home repairs. He also volunteered (and still does) for DragonCon.org. Now Dave keeps the eMaint office together, assisting wherever he can. In his free time Dave likes to hang out, listen to music, hike and play D&D.

Jay Samelson - Administrative Assistant

Jay comes to eMaint from the Automotive and Industrial Equipment industries. As an ASE Certified Auto Mechanic, welder, and Industrial equipment specialist, Jay offers real-world knowledge and applications of eMaint's CMMS Software. His property management skills also keep eMaint's brick-and-mortar and staff in efficient, functional, and organized working order. After the guitars are hung, the paint has dried, the shelves are stocked, and the welcome gift boxes are complete, he is learning all aspects of our SaaS company. Jay spends his spare time hanging out with friends and family, playing chess, mountain-biking, fishing, and is an avid NASCAR Fan.
